  1. Can I install Ninja on my Windows 98 or Windows ME computer?
    Unfortunately Ninja only supports Windows 2000, XP, and Vista.
  2. Is Ninja compatible with USB 1.0?
    Yes Ninja is compatible with both USB 1.0 and 2.0
  3. Does Ninja work with any USB device?
    It does work with any USB storage device like thumb drives, flash drives and external drives but it does not work with USB optical devices, iPods, cell phones, and other USB devices that are not meant for data storage.
  4. Does Ninja work with any size USB device?
    Actually the smallest size USB device it will work with is 64MB.
  5. Can I make my partitions any size I want?
    Yes you can but the smallest must be 10MB.
  6. Can I take my USB device that I partitioned with Ninja to another computer and see all my data?
    Yes you can access the public side and you will be able to access the private side by launching OpenNinja.exe which is found on your public side and putting in you password.
  7. Is all my data on the private side encrypted or only my password?
    The password & the Data is be fully encrypted.
  8. How do I change the file system for my partitions?
    By default the file system will be FAT32 but you can change this by hitting the options button when creating your partitions.
  9. What type of encryption does Ninja use?
    Ninja uses 3DES 128 bit encryption.
  10. If I have more than one partition on my USB hard drive, can I Ninja each partition separately?
    No, Ninja sees the external hard drive as one device and will use the entire drive to make its public and private partitions.
